We’re excited to announce that a stunning Victorian Villa in Guildford’s upper high street area is currently undergoing a complete renovation. The property boasts over 2700 sq. ft. of living space spread across two floors, comprising of 10 spacious rooms.

The property has been stripped back to bare brick as part of the renovation and refurbishment project, with the owners taking the opportunity to upgrade the heating system. Heat Cloud will be installed throughout the property, providing the owners with instant and comfortable heating and cooling in an instant!

The installation of two 10kw Daikin Air Source Heat Pumps will work in harmony with Heat Cloud, creating an energy-efficient heating system that will keep the property warm and cosy all year round.
